Secure Self-Storage Containers

In March 2016 we started doing self-storage containers for rent at our premises on Ashgrove Road in Elgin. We have now got many storage containers in numerous sizes. Our site is monitored by 24-hour CCTV and has locked gate with high boundary walls.

Sizes Available and Price List

• 20ft x 8ft x 8ft - £80 + VAT per month with £80 returnable deposit
• 10ft x 8ft x 8ft - £40 + VAT per month with £40 returnable deposit
• 6ft x 5ft x 8ft- £30 + VAT per month with £30 returnable deposit

Payment terms are pay one month in advance each month and all payments by direct debit. Full vat invoice will be issued each month.

 

About our containers

All our storage containers are fitted with a lock box which makes them more secure. Each one is all wind and watertight and is clean when handed over. Each person will receive a key for the main gate upon entry and this is what the deposit covers, and at the end of lease if the container is handed back over emptied out and key for the main gate returned then you receive your deposit back.
